On Wednesday, we visited the puppies at Greylaur Goldens in Orillia. They are just adorable! Have a look! This was the first time that the puppies got to meet Heather McLeod, owner and Head Trainer at Ruffsport where Cable will be trained.

Thanks to Brooke Nishio whose post reminded me that this is
National Dog Week!
And what better way to celebrate than by planning for
October’s “Walking for Woofs”.
Walking for Woofs is a virtual dog walkathon. We hope you’ll join us! It’s a contest! Thank you so much to Global Pet Foods, Brent Morning and Snapd Newspaper for promoting this initiative.

At three weeks old the puppies are standing and moving about. Their eyes are open and they are incredibly cute! We have had two more donations this past week and would like to say “Thanks” to our new donors! We would also like to acknowledge Greylaur Goldens for generously donating a puppy to be trained as Amanda's service dog.
Stay tuned for exciting information about an upcoming contest all dog owners can participate in!
"Walking for Woofs!!" coming soon.
This week we got to visit the puppies for the first time. It was their two week birthday. Each pup had received a coloured collar after it was born, so we are easily able to distinguish one from the others as they grow and change. They are on the verge of opening their eyes, and learning to stand and balance. Enjoy this series of adorable puppy pictures.
